Designated Coordinator Visits

Designated Coordinators must meet with the recipient and DSP to complete an admission and orientation meeting. The designated coordinator must meet with the recipient 60 days after admission, at 6 months from admission and annually, unless otherwise noted in the coordinated services and supports plan.
